I used to have some Woolworths near me in Md. but they closed like back in the 80's. I think at that time they were owned by a Pa. Company and all the British Woolworths stores were bought by another company.

Ya I used to like going there. The one near me had a nice old time snack counter. Made some good clubs!

You have got to be kidding me! I thought they went out of business YEARS ago.

The shaky economy is going to tank a lot more businesses before it gets better.

You are not kidding my Friend across the road from me just lost his position because the German pump company he worked for close location let 350 people go and a small locale health facility nearby just told 500 that starting Jan they are all to be gone by March. I have been told that when I get my Med release that the University I have been with will be letting me go. They asked me to go back over seas for a 60 day project again and I told them no. That did not go well but the last Mid East trip went from a 30 day trip to almost 3 1/2 months and I come home and got laid up sick. I am getting to old to be do rigging and climbing in areas were they dont wont you there anyway.
