what have you purchased on ebay that was interesting to tell us about? i currently don't have an account, but i'll probably make one up soon... and post links to good deals you think other users might be interested in

also, does anyone have an account that could do me a favor and send a message to someone regarding an auction? it would be much appreciated, all you have to do is just copy what i post and send it to the user... thanks

I purchased a car one time on eBay -- a Honda S-2000. That took some major cajones and generally required throwing caution to the wind but it actually worked out for the best. Sweet car and I got it for a song.

As for your second question, I noticed you asking the same in another thread ... just curious why you don't simply create an eBay account?

^you need to supply credit card information, and i'm pretty sure my parents don't want to go through that hassle for me to ask a question to someone... i will later on, but the auction i'm looking at ends soon, so i would need to make it quick as well

just send him this message...

Hello,

I am using someone to contact you because I do not have an eBay account, but I am interested in the Fender Palo Escrito Tele if no one purchases it. I would have bid a while ago if i had 500 dollars at the moment, but I'm saving for a car since I am now 16. I live in Johnstown ( well actually just south in Davidsville ) and would be interested in buying it at a later date if no one buys it and you don't plan on selling it anywhere else. Please get in contact with me at kylesmiach@yahoo.com if the guitar does not sell so I can ask a few questions. I'm thinking of Christmas time as a time when i could possibly try and buy this guitar, but nothing is certain right now. Please contact me if no one buys it and we can go from there if you are interested.

Thanks!

not this: i just wanted to try and contact him since i don't have the money to bid on it now, but i may later on this year to get it if hes not selling it anywhere else....if you could send him that, it would be great! for everyone else, just disregard that massage

Bought my Hendrix strat on eBay. That day I was at school and there was the exact strat that I wanted. It was at $1900 and the internet cut out. Got home, it had sold for $2,000. Later that night, I got on eBay and found another one. Walked away with it for a LOT less than what the first one went to. Just minus the case candy, but I didn't care.

Always risky buying off eBay, but it got here and was everything I dreamed it would be.
