Mitch! You will be sorely missed! Bon Voyage!

Man, I can almost hear the music from here! Yeah, they're jammin' alright. Jimi and Noel were just waiting for him. They were all tuned up and raring to go! The show goes on, we just can't get tickets for this gig yet. :)

Sad news indeed, another member of our music history gone but as with all the others, indelibly marked in it's soul.

Some friends and I were just talking about the "greatest drummers ever" over a few beers a few weekends ago. He was near the top of the list.

A big loss to the music world. :(
I am thankful for all the wonderful recordings of his drumming expertise. His music will continue to live with us, especially in my heart.

If there is a rock heaven... may the experience live on there. A wonderful drummer.

One of the world's greatest drummers... his soul lives on, but you just don't see his kind anymore here.

I hope Mitch isn't gonna feel bad when he gets there, and says to Jimi, "where's your strat?"

He'll be like, "Monika kept the black one, and YOU sold the white one! Now we're here, with nothing to do but hum our instruments!"

Nah they're probably playing louder than ever, playing for the heck of it, but we can only hear it deep in our souls.

The men are gone
but the rock lives on!

Dig the music~~~~ as Jimi once wrote

A sad loss :(

Sad news for sure. I believe he was the last surviving member of the trio.
