Beatles in the '60s, Steely Dan in the '70s. Was a big fan of Zep, too.

Today is a Metallica and Maiden day

Tomorrow...Who knows?

I listen to whatever I feel like. Mood plays an important factor on which band I think is the best.

Big time!! Chubby Jackson is one reason I took up bass. McCartney being the other

Yeah, it was cool in the mid/late 70s when all those big bands were still touring. Saw Duke, The Count, Woody, Kenton, Buddy Rich - a lot of those guys. They would play community colleges and schools with decent jazz dept's. Then ya'd get to talk to the guys afterwards. A GAS!!

My parents were young beats when I was a little kid, so the hi-fi was always blasting out jazz, big bands and combos. Woody's band just blew the rafters off of the house!

Then the Beatles were shown on Ed Sullivan and everything changed!! S'all good!! 8)
