[quote="bmcmillin"]Ceri! By the way, did the pictures of your brain look anything

It's likely that the locus of his lesion would be found in the "ironing" area on that diagram. Draw your own conclusions on that one 8)

My God, i haven't ironed anything since 1994. I should really stimulate my ironing center. Its been overshadowed by the sitting on the sofa scratching and beltching gland.

Erm... Actually, that's about right! What a diagnostician...!

And right next to, in my case, "music skills", which is the same size as "toilet aiming" on that picture...

Glad to see you back, Ceri. When I first saw this thread there was about four posts in it and I didn't know what to make of it. Coming back I get the full story and I am happy to hear of your return home!

Glad to hear you are doing better. :D

Ceri,

Glad to see you're back. When they said you were missing from the forum, I thought maybe you fell into the Thames trying to get a closer shot of Gilmour's boat.

I had no idea how serious your situation was. Get well soon, my friend!

Glad you're back ... but ... the doctors didn't really do anything to you?

'cept to poke and test you, right?

(Tuesday) Good grief, is this thread still running?

StRaT_MaN, Stigall, Jeff, MThorn - thank you for your thoughts.

Never too serious for jokes! (There was a time when you really did not want to fall in that river. Nowadays there's salmon swimming in it - but I'd still rather stay dry...). Thanks.

Exactly. In fact, there is an alternative neurological possibility for why I woke up to find myself in an ambulance; and there's to be ongoing investigations to try and decide which thing might be the real cause, before action is contemplated. But let's not get further into that here: too arcane.

However, I just heard about my first outpatient appointment: seems those boys feel they have only just got started on me. Guess I'm going to get a lot of reading done...

Anyway. Shall we all talk about guitars now?

:D - C
