Nope: problems the other side of the Atlantic too. Light showers with sunny spells today and not much wind - it ain't the weather!

We will all carry on with good humored understanding - nobody's causing these issues deliberately! But it would be interesting to know what the ongoing problems are. I notice it seems to be only on the Forum pages, not the rest of Fender.com. So I'm presuming something to do with the Forum server?

Cheers - C

I see Brad is signed in so I am sure he is aware then.

Right now I'm finding almost every second page request is requiring a "refresh" or two to get it loaded. And I notice there's quite a lot of people logged on - perhaps it is simply demand outstripping supply on the current server?

Or doesn't it work like that?

Cheers - C

Painfully aware of the situation, yes, but unfortunately not much I can do about it at the moment. There's one piece of hardware still in the works that I.T. believes is the problem but they've thus far been unable to successfully extract it from our workings without bringing the whole enchilada down. Expect some continued bouncing while they continue to experiment.

Thanks Brad!

Been so hit and miss at times I have very nearly gone and done something else for a while. Though just need to check a thread on the Strat Forum first...

Unseen efforts behind the scenes always very much appreciated. Hang in there!

Normally I'd be there onsite helping out but I'm actually out sick today (cough, cough). So I too can only watch and wait at the moment.

I was looking for a part for my Acoustasonic Deluxe Start. Not sure that the jack is bad, but wanted to look at the parts list to see what it takes?

The part is a 006075700, but this part is not listed in the part accessories. I suppose any 9 lug sterio jack will work? I like to get the right part though, if it needs to be replaced.

Just to follow up on this, we resolved this issue a bit earlier this afternoon (shortly after my last post on the matter). That said, I suspect it'll be back again -- we are still working on phasing out the flaky piece of hardware that I mentioned previously so we're not out of the water just yet. We're going back to the data center tomorrow and hopefully I'll be healthy enough to tag along ...
