Yeah man! That's the one! I have to go buy one of those now if I can find one. That bad boy is right up my alley. This new-found love of Fenders is making me sell-off all of the other guitars that I used to hold so dear. The best part is when other people watch me play the Strat they laugh so loud because they've never actually seen a metalhead shredder play a Strat that way especially the head ripping rhythms. Believe me...the stuff on my page are just stupid ideas that I didn't spend anymore than 10 minutes a piece on from creation to recording just to get the point across of how I kind of play (there's literally hundreds of them). So when the real meat and potatoes comes out being played on a Fender (rather than a Jackson, Caparison, Washburn, ect.) it makes it even that much more special. If you ever decide to sell that one off, then just let me know because I'll scarf it up in a hurry as soon as it's offerred. Man if I would have bought less property and built a smaller house, then I'd be able to have a collection like yours my friend, but I don't. KEEP ROCKIN' BROTHER!!! BTW your sig is sooooooo true as well and I totally dig that too :D .

Thanks cvilleira! I was just looking on e-bay when I noticed that and then came back here and you already beat me to it. Like I said...I'm totally new to Fender as of about 5 or 6 months ago and it was also that extra inspiration from the Strat that made me figure on posting a web page in hopes of helping to form a band in the neo-classical/technical/speed/death metal genre. Well that hasn't happened quite yet around here, but my love for Fenders keeps growing and the damn "GAS" is worse than ever! Anyway, if it weren't a Squire, then I'd buy one. It still looks KILLER, but since it's not really a Fender, now my heart's broken... :(

I bought 4 of those Squier 51's for 480.00 not long ago and sold them for 160.00 each in two days got 160.00 in my pocket. All 4 were new and in the box. I call alocal store two weeks ago and ask about if they had any lying around and they told me they had 3 but would not go under 149.00 for them.

Hey man,
Have you had a look at the Stratosonic. I don't know too much about these myself but they look interesting.
They've got a mahogany Strat body with two p90 pickups, which you could easily switch for humbuckers, maybe someone on here as a pic of one.
I saw one of these advertised on e-bay once and the guy was asking for about a £1000 for it, thats like er...what 1500 dollars.
You may have seen these but if not check one out.
Cheers Rhumba

The Stratosonic Doves were Mahogany chambered bodies. I think the Dove II's had Humbuckers in them. I think you can still find them in some stores.

Who is Rick and what happened to the original tuners? Should they not be Straight Line Klusons 1957

I changed them and Rick is the guy that designed the prototype... :D 8)

Get that new camera out and snap a pic of the body on this Jazzmaster :!:

I have none on file now, but it looks just like a regular Jazzmaster but with a prototype headstock and some other parts. Will try to upload pics if I remember... 8)

My collection is not as extensive as yours. I'll have to find my camera and post pics. But what you see under my posts are all I currently own.
