Heck yes Halloween is my favorite holiday, will take my son trick or tricking and I have already decorated my yard. I also enjoy the haunted houses around this time of year as well.

We dress up the house, but only on Halloween night! Because I work in the film biz, I have some pretty good looking tombstones and a friend who does FX. We cobweb the yard and then give it some "atmosphere" with smoke, (which usually smokes up the whole block.) Add some ghoulish music and other sounds, (screaming, wolves howling) and we're ready to serve the 300 little cretins that gravitate to our doorstep every year.

HaHa!
Hahahahahahahahahahaha!

I know the majority people on here are way too old for trick-or-treating, but you're never too old to celebrate this particular day. Do you bother decorating your house? Partying? Scaring the crap out of the people that come to your door? Watching those ancient Simpsons Halloween specials on TV?

Discuss!!

no, how sad :(

I stay home and scare the little ones when they come to the house. My wife takes the little one to get scared by the neighbors. We decorate part of the garage into a little house of horror for the neighborhood kids they really like it.

Those two photos submitted have to be the most creative displays I've seen in all my years :P :P .

Those of you who are able to view the History/Discovery Channels should look for a broadcast of the history of Hallow'een. It is usully offered annually.

Doc

I guess I'm just an old fuddy-duddy. I'll be watching whatever is on TV that night.

My and my friends are probably gonna go party or roam the neighborhoods searchin' for people we know

Back when my friend and I were in a band before we quit we wanted to play a Halloween show because as you know, Halloween parties are the best (especially when you're 20) but we're pretty bummed we ain't playing anything so... we go as ourselves this year, but as the band next year

I'll be doing a gig with my band (OFF THE STREET) Fri. Oct 31st at a little bar called Clowns Ally in Chicago we start around 9pm, it's just a neighborhood bar were people stumble in off the street, no cover at the door & no price gouging of drinks either, if any of you loungers are in the Chicago area it''s on 59 st. 3 doors east of Kedzie, that would be on the southwest side of the city, so if you're in the hood come on down & we'll knock down a few cold ones.

I'm gonna make sure to watch Great Pumpkin next Tuesday, get all the blinking orange lights and various cheesy decorations up, get a HUGE bowl of candy and watch old Universal horror flicks as they show.

As much as I'd like going to a party, it would kill me for the kids not to get an answer at my door.

I wear glasses (terrible eyes) so I don't have many costume options anymore. Back before Courtney Love got all of that plastic surgery, my fiancée had tons of people pointing out their resemblance, so we've tossed around the Kurt & Courtney idea around before, but with no party, there's no real point. I tend to answer the door with devil horns on
