What is your favorite guitar ever? Any brand people, not just Fender! My favorite guitar would have to be my '78 Fender Stratocaster or my new Fender Deluxe Tele and Strat. :D 8)

That is always such a loaded question - rather akin to asking which one of your children is your favorite....

My favorite guitar is whichever one I happen to be playing at the moment....

Currently it's my 06 Triple Fat Strat (seen here). The maniacs flanking me are my sons and their current favorites, a Goth Les Paul, and a Vintage Modified Tele Bass.

Next week who knows!

I really don't have a favorite of all time. They are all different and serve different purposes.

My answer is gonna be a Fender Strat of course, as thats all I play - Id have to say my 1991 Vintage White strat is my favorite - I play it the most - this '79 I just got is going to give it a run for its money though - im really into this guitar! my '91 is a player though!

Zemaitis Pearl Front, best guitar on the planet, for sure. When A guitar gets above 30K and with a 30 year production below 250 guitars its just simple the quality is through the roof. I was playing one (I couldnt afford it) and next to that sat a PRS private stock #792 (I think) and well I played the private stock for all of about ten seconds no comparison during an entirety of say 2 hours. Everything about the Zemaitis is perfect even if it is a little gaudy there is no guitar with the quality This includes every fender custom shop and especially any Custom Shop Les Paul I have ever touched.

I was playing my Les Paul Studio today [wine red] they do some great colours on these and you can pick them up for a good price. Sound good, look good, tasty instruments.

I'll second this one, whichever one is suiting my needs at the time.

But after that I'll go with my Strat.

My favorite fiddle is probably either my MiM Std. Sunburst Strat with a maple fingerboard or my '61 Gibson Melody Maker (double cut). Both wonderful guitars, I just wish I had an easier time playing the Melody Maker at high gain.
