TV was quite boring last night, so I settled for watching stupid.

Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure was on followed by Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey.
The channel they were on has a habit of posting little tidbits about the movie while it is playing.

During a scene in Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure Joan of Arc was on screen and they posted that she was played by Jane Wiedlin guitarist for The Go-Go's.
I never knew that.

You mean you previously missed that critical piece of Go-Gos trivia??

Horrible. Next you will be telling me that you didn't know Prince wrote "Manic Monday" for the Bangles under the pseudonym 'Christopher'...

Funny movie. It'll make you feel dumber after watching it though.

I spent much of last night watching KOLCHAK: The night stalker I have the DVD series of the 20 episodes from 1974-1975 Darren McGavin played a good part in them as Kolchak.

Jane Wiedlin also had a very small part in the movie "Clue" back in '85. She played the part of the singing telegram girl. The first time she appears, she gets a door slammed in her face. The second time, she's dead.

Major cast in that movie! Eileen Brennan, Madeline Kahn, Christopher Lloyd, Tim Curry, Michael McKean, Martin Mull, Lesley Ann Warren, Howard Hessman, Lee Ving, etc.

We all know what Ted went on to do, but what the hell happened to Bill?

The best "Night Stalker" was the episode about Dracula.

Go rent Freaked!, great flick. I think he's done more behind the camera stuff since then... including with Freaked.

The robots & aliens in the B&T sequel were just annoying. Carlin remains a classic in both, though.
