No, when it stops screwing in that is it. It will not be tight, so you can move it out of the way when you don't want to be using it. It should actually be rather loose...

BTW, the first thing you are going to want to do is change the strings on that guitar. The ones that come on it are going to shred your fingers...

I am not necessarily the person to advise you on how to use the whammy bar because I don't use mine very much and I am very much a beginner myself. But you bring it up where it is parallel to the strings and gently press down and pull up near the tip.

Do not use the other pack of strings that came with it, they are just as bad. Every one has their own opinions on which strings are best and there are a couple of threads on this forum on that. You have to try a few and see which ones you like. I use GHS Boomers. Others like Ernie Ball Slinkys, Fender super Bullets, D'Addarrios, etc.

Screw the arm in until it's almost tight. Loose enough to swing from side to side.Wrap your little finger around it, strum your strings with your pick and gently press it down and then bring it back up. You will hear how it works.Ok, try it.

Nice guitar!! Love the matching headstock. Enjoy, enjoy.

Rest assured, this forum is full of nice folks. They have answered dozens of questions for me over the past few months. They will help you as you learn....

Mmm, Ok, take the back plate off. The block that your strings pass through should br cenral, I suspect it may be over to one side, pressing against the side of the cut-out. If so, you will have to losen strings and then tighten the screws inside the cut-out [there may be three ] Until the block moves to the centre. Check that.

I meant to say there may be three springs , yeh, or two. And tighten the two screws the springs are atatched too.

no good((
don't know...
everything is centered and tight
usually i'm good in mechanics, but here i just don't get how it works... it just screws to the hole and moving the arm don't change anything in placeing of guitar parts... so how it works?

The block looks tight against the front edge may have to slacken so it comes back. But first on pic 2 the screws at the front edge of the bridge try loosening them slightly maybe just one turn, they may be to tight. Always do things a little at a time.
