Would be nice if Fender keeps a list with some information about discontinued products.. …They no longer make them but they steel rocking on out there... :lol:
Just a consideration...


I have Fender Acoustic Guitar DG100 and some feedback about it would be appreciated...

I ran into a similar issue, owning a Fender Montara, circa '90?, and not being able to find out anything about them.

Fender had only the briefest of information available, and when the preamp eventually went bad and I couldn't get much help from Fender I replaced it with a "other" preamp.

Sounds almost as good now as it plays.

Anyone who knows anything or likes to talk about their Montara let me know too please :D

I save the specs of the new guitars I buy because the info seems to be difficult to find once the model changes or gets discontinued.

I 2nd that. Fender definately needs to work on their Mr. Gearhead page. I'd be willing to move out to Corona and do it for minimum wage if it meant I could be a Fender employee....
