Tommy Castro would be my choice. Small band that has a good time on stage and plays the type of music I like. Of course, I can think of a lot of other bands too.

I think I would want to play with Alice In Chains- Jerry Cantrell has come up with some of my favorite little riffs in the past 10-12 years. As long as this is all hypothetic, I'd have Layne Meister on vocals for the songs from his albums- The Unplugged DVD is one of my personal favorites-
