Have just one night on stage playing with a band, who would it be? I don't know if this has been covered, apologies if it has. I know my list is pretty long, but the mood I'm in right now it would be Thin Lizzy. I saw them play live a few times, they were fantastic. Past or present, your choice.

Who would it be for you?

Lizzy, good choice.

I'd have to say springsteen, or budgie are looking for a new guitarist, the only thing putting me off the audition is the nagging question 'why dont any of their guitarists stick around?'
Been in a band that changed guitarists like underpants, it wasnt hard work just unpleasant.

Wow, what a thought provoking question....

After much reflection (two beers!) I have to say Lynyrd Skynyrd with the Allman Brothers a close second.

But Thin Lizzy - great stage show! and nikininja - I haven't thought of Budgie in years. I had a copy of "In for the Kill" that I played the grooves off of....

The Allman Brothers Band would be cool to gig on stage with. Seen them 3 times live over many years and they were great each time.

Right Said Fred. That would be totally killer.

My second choice would be Type O Negative.

A fantasy question...so probably a fantasy band, maybe like...

Eric Clapton, George Harrison - Guitars
Stevie Wonder, Jan Hammer - Keys
James Jamerson, Duck Dunn - Bass (alternately)
Steve Jordan, Anton Fig - Drums/Percussion
The Creme Tangerine Strings (Fab Faux)
Tower of Power Horns

This is a fantastic question!

I would love to play a gig with my all time favourite band the Ravonettes (Although I'm sure I would spend most of the gig gawping at the stunning Sharin Foo!!)

Do a google image search - you'll see what I mean!!!
