I do Rigging and Tower work also Crane and lift Operator for the largest University in the state. Most of my work is for the Military and Nasa and can involve travel at times. Had to spend 7 weeks in Iraq 2 years ago and 2 weeks in Kuwait wife was not happy because most trips are only 2 weeks at most and places like Japan,Germany Korea once and even the Artic one time. I do miss it right now because I have been out on medical leave and not sure when I can go back or even if I will be able to do the same work I have been doing the last 10 years.

Stationed in Norfolk? I was in the Navy and served on The Enterprise (CVN-65) as an Aerographer's Mate.

Seriously?? That's awesome!! My first boat was the Big E. I was there from '93-'98.

The ship I'm on (Precom George H.W. Bush CVN-77) is currently in the yards in Newport News, Va. I was also on the USS Ronald Reagan from precom through the round the horn cruise, '02-'05.

Out of all seriousness, there's a museum of sorts on the ship called "The Star Trek Rec Deck". It was donated by Paramount Pictures and contains many treasures from the movies and TV shows. Terri Farrell (Dax) came to visit while I was stationed there.
