Good choice. In our band we currently use a Jagmaster and a Cyclone for main guitars (hotrodded with H/O humbuckers). The singer (who also plays) is using a carlo robelli which has to go. On the top of the list to replace it is a Mustang. Problem is we are dirt broke...always something.

I know exactly what you mean

I want to put custom tuners, a fixed bridge, a Lipstick in the neck, and a Hot Rails in the bridge

Welcome to the Forum.

Since you like talking to older people, you'll find a wealth of that in this forum. I, for one, am older than dirt, and there are many others.

Good luck in finding members to join you in a band. I played in one last year, but that fell apart after a while. Currently, I'm trying to put another one back together. I play rhythm, I have a lead player, that I've played with for about four years, and now I someone willing to play bass. It's still in it's beginning stages, so who knows how it will develop. But I'm still trying. Last thing.........finding a drummer.

hey Spence at age 16 you'll be deciding weither to [play your guitar or play with girls] stick with your guitar, the girls will break you heart much more then your guitar will, i'll be 59 next july, also there's something about how women like the strong hands & fingers of a guitar player, anyway thats what my girl friend says to me, don't know the exact meaning but it must be good.

Yeah...I'm trying to focus on school and music...

Girls just don't seem to be all that interested in me, but that's probably because I just turned 16 and I don't party, smoke, or drink at ALL...

But I figure I'll find a gal to make me happy eventually
