Thanks. Didn't know the name, but I'd heard rumblings about someone like him.

Reminds me of the young Eric Clapton on that video with The Yardbirds.

That might have been Conor Clapton had that tragedy been averted.

Quinn may have a future if the momentum can be maintained.

Doc

That was a real treat, I've never heard of the kid before. What an experience that must have been for him, and he can play. A star in the making, good luck to him.

Quinn (from Boston) has been making his mark on the Boston-Providence scene. He has been amazing people with his guitar since the extremely young age of 3. When Quinn was 6 years old, he caught the attention of the Ellen Degeneres Show and was flown out to Los Angeles to be a guest on her show.

This past year has been quite exciting for Quinn. He has performed on four different occasions with blues legend Buddy Guy and his amazing band, including the "Experience Hendrix" concert in Providence, Rhode Island. That night Quinn shared the stage with several of his Heroes, including Buddy Guy, Hubert Sumlin, Robert Randolph, Kenny Wayne Sheperd, Mick Taylor and Mitch Mitchell.

Quinn's dad plays drums. Wonder where the 'connection' is. I know personally, that Paul Simon's dad was in the business, as was Brian Wilson's. Having arrived at appearing with the kind of cadre assembled above, and understanding the 'nature' of the business as we do, the "rest of the story of the 'intro' would be interesting. Take nothing away from the young man. He has the stuff, but so do many others like him. I see them at GC regularly.
