Yes. Go to any authorize Fender dealer, and they can give you details on how to order a custom from the Fender Custom Shop through them (Fender will not deal with you directly). Either that, or find the model they sell that is closest to your desires and then modify it. A CS will not be cheap, but is the preferred route.

Hey, do it. Life is too short to not play your ideal guitar(s).

Alternatively, you could purchase the next-nearest thing and take to luthier-of-choice to do custom work.

Man you can buy the parts and BUILD your own custom. Or as others have said, buy the closest off the rack guitar that fits your criteria and then mod the stuffing out of it. Then you will truly have a "custom"

Clapton didn't buy from the custom shop, he put pieces of several Strats together to make 'Blackie'
Stevie Ray didn't buy from the custom shop, he got 'Lenny' as a gift (his wife and friends chippped in and bought it from a pawn shop) it was already a Frankenstein
