No I'm not Tom, I'm Kevin K. Tom Watson put the article together, glad
you enjoyed it and thanks for posting the link to it!

That is one beeeuuuteeeful guitar... I used to
think the Merle Haggard guitar was a great
looking guitar,,, it still is,,, but your's has it
all over the Merle...

What amp do you play it through,,, if you
don't mind me asking???

Someday I hope to be able to play good
enough to warrant getting a CS guitar...

And I just saw the one I'd like to have...

Rasputan2,

Thanks for the compliments on my Tele, I kinda like it too!

As for my amp I use a CRATE GFX30 with a Fender/Carver Pro instrument cable.

Design #3...

One piece spread of Swamp Ash with a Pommele Bubinga top
Flame Maple neck
Black anodized aluminum pickguard
Chrome hardware, control knobs and pickup covers

Rasputan2,

I'm a Tele aficianado myself. Thought you might like to see this Tele which was designed and built by Fender Custom Shop Master Builder Yuriy Shishkov...

That is a fine looking Tele also... I'm still
in love with the other one...

Only one thing I would add,,, I would have
it double bound...

I read the article a couple of times and could
not find what kind of wood was used for the
body...

Rasputan2,

Are you referring to the article about my Tele?

Check this one out, this one's in honor of my friend and builder of
my one-off Tele Senior Master Builder Todd Krause...

Kingman 44,

Really like the designs you've come up with so far, looking forward
to seeing more!

I suppose you guys are tired of seeing the fancy schmancy wood
designs but I love 'em!

Chambered Honduran Mahogany with a Quilted Honduran Mahogany top
Flame Maple neck with a Pau Ferro fingerboard
Gold hardware and an aged Pearl pickguard...

Rasputan2,

Here ya go, shouldn't be too hard to figure out. I will tell you it
is a one piece spread. Other than the significance of the 12th fret
inlay I didn't divulge any specs in the SC.com article.
