Cool pics Gratz. I wish I could've been there.
I am going in a couple weeks to see a couple fantastic blues guitarists, Coco Montoya and Tommy Castro. Can't wait!
When I was in the University I told all of you I only knew 3 chords. On the day of the 1 month anniversary of the big F.U. I played my first song!!! (It was the lead into Wild Thing, G-C-D-C. Thanks to one of the DVD's the Fender guys told me to get, I'm well on my way to being a rocker!
I can't stop watching the vid on the University website. I hope all the alumni have seen it.
Peace and Love,
Mike W.

I don't want to see the Fender University 2008 post drop off the front page.
We will never forget, F.U. 2008 that is.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the birthday good wishes, here and on the regular email. Now if only my Gilmore Strat could come sooner. I checked with Jennifer and found out that it probably won't be shipped until late Dec....Sob!

Oh well, at least I already got my Special Edition Blues Junior amp in Texas Red....Red hot that is.

Are you guys posting your Robert Knight photos on this site yet? They may be under a heading I've overlooked.

Regards to all, Norm

Cal here, it would be neato if we can all plan a meeting place and time so we can go as a group. Then after we could maybe go to dinner or attend FretFest . If it sounds groovy to all of you, who amoung us could be a contact to arrange this? The arranger must be courageous, brave, gallant and of royal blood. (and like Fender stuff)
