Depends on the style of music your gonna be playing.

Vox: Sparkly, Beatlesque, breaks up nicely but not too early. Not too loud.

Twin: Clean, beautiful, have to really crank it to get it to break up, loud as can be.

I dunno the Vox sounds pretty loud to my ears. It really depends on your sound you are trying to achieve. Of course you are on a fender forum so responses may be skewed. Just saying...

Oh yeah, the Vox is loud...but it's a 30 watt amp and the Twin is 120 watts. Big difference in volume.

120 watt amp is not that much more louder then a 30 watt amp. It does has more clean headroom however. Bedroom player, small clubs, auditoriumns, arenas, stadiums? If you are at the beginning of that list then the twin is way overkill. Plus you gotta have big roadies to carry that beast around. The Vox is not a blues amp imo. I would look at something tweed like the BMRI for a big amp. Something smaller then maybe the new 57 deluxe! OF course if budget is an issue then check out the Pro Jr. Or if you want a bedroom amp then go for the new Champion.

Then go VOX..there are two versions of the AC15 and AC30, both that offer Blue Celestion speakers. The upgraded models will give you a little different sound and range.
