If anyone on the Forum is in the path of Hurricane Gustav please stay safe.

I'm sending Major Mojo and Prayers to everyone that is affected by this storm.

Regular Forum member Mr F Hopkins is in that part of the world, isn't he? Stay safe, guy. Look after the gear if you can, but the lives and health of you and yours comes first.

Good luck to any and all in the way of that storm. Our thoughts are with you!

At least now the local gov't is taking charge before the fact instead of like 3 yrs a go. Let's hope for the best for our brothers and sisters in Gulf states.

No, I live in Tampa. It's been cloudy and breezy here all day. We will get hit by a big one some day.

Ya be safe if you are in the way of this one. They said that the winds hit 212mph in Cuba so those in the Gulf please be carfull when this hits.

Yes, get yourselves out, but, if you can, bring your favorite guitar with you. You'll be sad if you don't and something bad happens.

I went through a hurricane in Ft. Walton Beach (Florida). It wasn't fun at all. And I did it in a mobile home. Thought I was gonna blow away, as well my my little VW.

We got a lot of rain and some wind, but not much else from Gustav. Down here all eyes are on Hanna. It's predicted to make a turn to the north, but if it stays on its present track, it's coming right for us. Also, I'm told there is another ominous looking low right behind it that could turn into the next TD.
