I've had that on equipment that wasn't electronic as well; my "Teeter" Inversion Table has it too! I have seen it on my guitars as well.

Hi.
I still have something to add to this topic :D

I am observing that many Fenders have a CE sticker with the C and the E very close to each other. That means that it is a fake CE mark. The E should be separated from the C enough to convert the C to a O without overlapping the O

I am observing that on may guitars at many stores, including my American Deluxe Stratocaster.

Does it mean that their have counterfeit CE certificates, or that Fender got it wrong how to properly print the CE certification mark?

How is the CE mark on your Fender? Genuine or fake? 8)
