Here is how I have set my rig up. Any suggestions on how I have set them up. It all sounds good to me when I plug in and play, but I am always looking to get the best arrangement to maxamize the tone for songs I play. I play a lot of Beatles, blues, Clapton, Pink Floyd, Springsteen, Stones, Led Zep, Dylan. Rig is Right to Left- Guitar Cord goes into Boss-TU 2 Chromatic Tuner; Boss-CS 3 Compression/Sustainer; Boss-CE5 Chorus Ensemble; Beheringer RM600 Rotary Speaker Modeling; Boss-FDR 1, ‘65 Deluxe Reverb Amp; Boss/Roland RE 20 Space Echo; Dunlop-Cry Baby Wah-Wah GCB95, Fender Foot pedals for Hot Rod Deluxe, Fender Blues DeVille 410 & Vox Cambridge (Not shown)

Well, if it sounds good, leave it. Pedal arrangement is subjective, and there isn't a right or wrong way.
You are pretty close to what I'd do... Tuner > Wah > Compressor > OD > Fender COSM > Chorus > Rotary > Echo.

Yup, if you're happy then it's right. The only thing you do that I wouldn't is put the chorus before the amp modeler. Not that it's wrong at all. Everyone's different and there is no "right".

There isn't a "right" but there is the possibility of "better".
For example would it be possible to take the tuner out of the chain entirely?
I prefer not to have it in the signal chain if I can avoid it.

I have been looking at this switcher (pj express) for just that purpose.
CAFeathers showed it to me.

I've been playing with the pedals the past two weeks. Seeing which ones work well together, seperate etc for a set list. The one that is really a problem is the Wah pedal. I have to find a better place for it in the chain. Last isn't working. Any thoughts?

I try to use minimal pedals on stage, but for recording I'll try anything that sounds good.

Nothing like a clean, scooped Fender guitar through a great sounding tube amp.

I have my wah at the start of the chain, seems to work OK there.
