Hi folks.im new to this forum.I have a nightmare of a Fender "The Twin" going on.This amp took a 6 foot tumble off a stage into a mud puddle. Alot of damage.Power board arced out and vaporized the 47 ohm resistors.Chassis bent.Tubes arced. But enough of that.I decided to try and restore due to I know these black face/red knob Fenders are sweet amps.I actually got it going again (congrats to me)-alot of work.Im almost there.Being this amp is obsolete as are parts,Im stuck on where I can get 3 pots for this.I managed to find the rest.Im 3 pots away from glory. The pots are: VOL 1 part # 24663 1 meg, TREB 1 part# 025946 pull knob 250K, Bass 1 part# 24662 250K. Does anybody know where I can get these new/used? Or can i modify another pot? Anyone have a "The Twin" theyre parting out? Thankyou so much-John K-American Concert and Entertainment Systems (ACES)

If you haven’t tried these I would contact them. Note: Some of the better parts services will ask for what you are looking for, and they might do a search amongst or outside their service and/or they may point you in the right direction with their knowledge. Parts, as you know, can end up simply being alternatives or replacements without identical identification. Don’t be shy and ask for any and all those possibilitIes. It’s always a good practice for future considerations and contacts even if you don’t need that info now. Give them a call.

You likely have seen or tried these; however, on the chance you haven’t:

First:

Some options that I’m not endorsing nor can I verify their service, but here they are for your perusal. :

http://thevintagesound.com/store/

You could shop around at your local music stores. Maybe, there’s old stock or they have connections. Other than that, and other similar resources on the net, I can’t say. Sorry to hear your amp took a tumble; but, good on ya for getting it up and running again, John. Enjoy the Forum(s).

Best in your search and amp restoration,

FSB

Also, John. Post your question to this Forum for more precise coverage. https://forums.fender.com/viewforum.php?f=13

If you still haven't found replacements, maybe scour other era specific amp models w/ the same part's but cheaper to buy used and get a good donor. This might be a more expensive alternative up front, but may have backup spares for the future.
