Simple question, just pick the pair of shoe you generally wear.

1. Converse (Chuck Taylors) - These seem to be the personification of rocker shoes, so I figured I'll make it its own category. This is my personal preference, especially the lo-top variety. (it's about 50/50 with running/athletic shoes, but I enjoy the look of these more).

2. Athletic/Running shoes - Generally shoes like Nikes, Adidas, New Balance, etc.

3. Casual shoes - nothing special. May look like running shoes, but meant more for comfort.

Image

4. More dressy/classy shoes - I figured this would be separate from casual, but this is the type of shoe you wear in an office or something.

Image

5. Sandals - flips flops, etc. Not much description here.

6. Crocs - the ugliest shoe ever invented

7. Boots

8. Barefoot

I've been wearing the same tennis shoes for about the past year or two now...I don't weigh much so they haven't taken much wear to em. :P

Right now, my arsenal is:

-White Converse All Star Lo Top
-Black Converse All Star Lo Top
-White Puma Cell athletic shoe
-White (well, actually more brownish from a year of use) Nike Air Max
-Blue Reebok slip on sandals

The black converse are a bit bland and the Nike is being slowly faded out, and it's the blue sandals are getting too small, so really I just wear two pairs.

I love Doc Martens shoes--not quite as in-your-face as the boots. You can wear them with khakis or jeans, and they look good at work and at play.

Chucks or Converse Jack Purcells, preferably made in the USA. I bought a stash of 'em several years ago when I found out that they were bought out by Nike and the production was going to China. Birkenstocks are good too, I like the Arizona model for those.

Converse All Stars Hi-tops
Red (newer ones)
Red (older ones)
Red w/plaid inside
Plaid (Brown with red and white stripes)

Wifee said my next pair will be black leather ones that I can wear when I dress up.

I'd wear them in my uniform if the military would let me. Since they don't, I wear Bates Enforcers at work.

That reminds me, anybody seen any BKs (British Knights) around? Haven't heard of anybody wearing them in years...

I'm also surprised that no one has brought up Adidas...I wear neither.

I'm a barefoot kinda girl around the house, but when I must wear shoes it's usually flip flops in the summer to go just about anywhere, and I also enjoy heels and cool wedges ocationally for church and stuff, otherwise it's my awesome skate shoes...even though I don't skate board! haha

I have 5 pairs of Chuck Taylor Hi Tops 2 red, 1 black, 1 green, 1 tattoo also have 1 sailor jerry tattoo low ride and 1 Pair Nike but when working it is Red Wing steel toe high tops got 2 pair of them and for running around the house assorted flip flops most of which are Nike because they have a thin strap between the toe.
