I've to buy a new guitar and I've CD-60S and SA-105CE as options but I'm confused on the following points b/w them.

1. Sound on free play.
2. Output connectivity.
3. Inbuilt amplifier with bass and treble control.

Please, anyone, help me choose.

I guess, first, you have to decide whether you want an Acoustic only guitar (CD-60S) or an Electric/Acoustic guitar (SA-105CE).
Personally, I'd take the CD-60S. I have an early version (2013) of the straight-up CD-60...and with a good setup and decent strings, this guitar plays and sounds VERY nicely. The CD-60S is a Dreadnought sized guitar with a solid Spruce top and Walnut fretboard.

I have no experience with the Squire SA-105CE, but it's said to be a Concert size guitar with a staind Maple fretboard...deal breaker for me just based on spec's. Only saving grace is the Fishman electronics. I can vouch for the Fishman electronics, because I have the exact setup on my Fender T-Bucket 300CE...and I love the sound.
