The end of "Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic" by the Police. After the last chorus and the whole "Every Little Thing" stuff toward the end. But AT the end, you hear Sting say "It's a big enough umbrella, but it's always me that ends up getting wet."

What does Sting say right before that?! It's after the last "Eee-Ooooh" and before the line I put in earlier? It doesn't sound like "Do I have to tell the story of a thousand rainy days since we first met," the lyrics that come before that line in Verse 2. I think it's "I never been kissed like this before tonight."

The ultimate repository of misheard lyrics is at http://www.kissthisguy.com/

Hendrix fans will recognize the site name as a line from Purple Haze: "'Scuse me while I kiss this guy..."

All I know is I never kissed that guy. I might have tried a few times, but it was the 70's and a lot of it's a blur.

I might have been looking at that site for an hour. I didn't find what I was looking for, but the misheard Billy Joel lyrics are freakin' hillarious!

It's almost like the Rutles!
Michelle: "Michelle ma belle, some say monkeys play piano well"
I Saw Her Standing There: "I'd rather dance with your mother"
Helllo Goodbye: "You say goodbye and I say hell no"
Across The Universe: "John grew a K-Mart"
Ticket To Ride: "She's got a stick in her eye and she don't care"
Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds: "Lucy's getting high with Linus"
Lady Madonna: "Knee deep in doughnuts, perfume on my feet"
Happiness Is A Warm Gun: "Happiness is a bad pun"

Some stuff I can't (or at least don't want to for the sake of offending anyone) post here!

Two more real quick, one from John & one from Billy Joel
Give Peace A Chance: "Oh, we are sailing with Skippy, the cat"
Keeping the Faith: "I'm kicking your face"

Of course half the people are making this up, but still it's funny!

The federal government investigated The Kingsmen and analyzed this song for obscene lyrics. They couldn't understand them either.

Nirvanas' Smells Like Teen Spirit, a song that diserves Weird Al to make a whole parody about how you can't understand the lyrics is probally not going to be easy to understand

The lyrics to the closing theme song to 'WKRP In Cincinnati' supposedly ARE gibberish, left that way on purpose. Wikipedia has a interesting story about that.

WGN America shows old episodes of WKRP on Sunday evenings. It definitely is a blast from my past! If you've never seen it, you should!

I think that there are several of Van Morrison's tunes that I can't figure what he's singing. :?
