So my question is this? I can't seem to find a twin 4 deluxe reverb amp with a line out to tie into a sound system at our church. Is there a way to use the external amp line or can something be installed as a line out?

Why not just mic your existing amp?

I think the OP means "or", not "for".
And I bet his buds call him "Abbie".

There are many D.I. (Direct Injection) boxes available.
I have used an H&K Red Box with my Deluxe Reverb to run the amp to the P.A. without a microphone.
You run a speaker cable from the external speaker out on the DRRI (or TRRI) to the D.I. Then, you will need an XLR mic cable to run from the D.I. box to the P.A.

You will need a D.I. box with an input pad to take the very strong speaker signal and reduce it to line strength. Something like -20 to -30 dB reduction. There'll be a switch for this on the box. Read the instructions for the D.I. box and it'll be fine. The "Radial" folks make great D.I. boxes as well.
