I picked the CAR, because it's CAR...but the LPB was a close 3rd after the 57.

I have a Stratocaster that plays great and sounds fantastic it did not cost anywhere near what those "vintage" ones listed are priced at.

They must be getting a few low-ball (reasonable) offers.
If you think about it they must all be exceptional guitars if they were selected by the early CS crew as the standard they wanted to maintain.
I thought by now at least three would be sold.
The LPB Stratocaster is definitely the rarest color of the group from 65'.

Ya got that right. The older we get get, the more little things can be irritable. On the other hand, we have more appreciation for the little things we took for granted. I certainly consider that to be a golden opportunity. :D
