It sounds good to me.

I'm a believer that it's the band that makes the name rather than the name making the band.

Aiight, I'm in a power trio and we have some ideas for names... PLEASE let me know what you think...

the sparrows
the bootleggers
the jacks
the locomotives
locomotive (is that already a band?)
the mannish boys
the beasts (as opposed to the beasts of burden, to obvious)
the rovers
the breeze
the taxmen
red sun rising
the bulldogs
blue to the bone
American Steel
Troubled Water
Mother Goose
White roses

When you say you are in a "Power Trio" what style music are you playing? A lot of your names sound southern in style (such as The Sparrows, Bootleggers or The Jacks). Are you a cover band or original band? If you are a blues band, Blue To The Bone sounds great.

my fav's red sun rising... but i don't know what kind of music you play... good luck with the power trio, one of my bands has 2 people and the other has 7. that seems a little disproportionate to me... oh well!!

One is called "Ill Prepared" and the other is called "Memory Loss"

All our players are in our 40s....hence the names.
