I take it "German" is their surname.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

Normally my smoker leaves meat really tender and succulent but yesterday afternoon I tried a cut of meat I'd not done before.
It was a Wookie flank steak.
I gotta say, it was a little chewy.

ROTFLMAO. (Technically, that is an initialism, but could also be called an acronym.)

Thanks for the humor you bring here.

This one's called feijoada - stew of beans with beef and pork. I love this one so much, it's a portuguese meal and reminds me of my childhood. I grew up in Portugal because of the issues related with my father's work, my nanny was cooking it every weekend. I visited her last time I've been to Portugal in order to buy apartment in Portugal and she gave me the recipe. Now I will cook it for my children every weekend :)

I love it. It's my one of my favorite way to relax. I like experimenting and creating something new. I enjoy all stages of the game, from grocery list to food shopping to prepping and eating.
I generally do some variation on seasoned meats (chicken, pork medallions, kebabs, occasionally sausage), paired with grilled or stir-fried veggies.

In the summertime, I'll grab some tomatoes and greens from the garden, throw in a handful of raspberries and some sesame oil and we can have fresh salad as well.
