My first-ever guitar was a 6-string, Brand-X (Gibson) acoustic with a burst finish ....

My latest electric is a '06 Fender Deluxe in a more natural Amber finish with the S-1 switch ....

I love electrics, but I also like steel-string, and I play my classical nylons quite a bit, too. The sound is the important thing. After about five minutes of warmup and a tuning check, the differences in neck width and playing action seem to fade away.

I realy don't know, it's more then thirty years ago.
I'll give it a try; Morris SG's and a Hondo with one pickup and a baseball
bat neck (i'm dutch so forgive me if my english is not up to par).
My first good guitar was a black Ibanez Les Paul Custom copy with a bolt
on neck. My latest guitar is a Fender Classic Player Baja Telecaster.

Peter from the Netherlands/Europe :D

A guy named Nick Mead has a documentary about first guitars that is currently on the festival circuit... he interviewed some top players and had them tell their stories. Should be cool.

My first guitar was an Alvarez acoustic, and my current guitar is an Epiphone Les Paul, but I really want a Strat.

I have a Johnson Acoustic electric guitar. I like it because I could have a perfect clean sound and a good electric sound
