I'm really not sure. I saw one now on ebay at a Buy It Now price of $600. I saw one on craigslist at $350. So it seems that depending on the condition, you may be able to fetch something in that range I would guess.

Here are a couple of threads in the Squier Guitars Section related to this topic.

If you don't want it I might be interested. What is he asking for it? :D

Hello JuanPavo2,

I went to check out a used
Waynes World strat for $300.

After a bit of playing I had to pass
for that kind of money.

Squires made today are vastly superior.

If your a Waynes World mega-fan
you may need one.

Cheers.

I'm sorry, but are you on crack?!? Squiers will never come close to Fenders. Fender will always make the best guitars over all brands.

I'm pretty sure he wasn't comparing Squire's to Fender's. He was comparing yesterdays Squire's to todays.

That's funny, because I mainly remember him playing a white Washburn on the show. I'm sure there was another he played here or there, but it was usually that white strat-style Washburn.

Although, I'm pretty sure he wasn't bowing down and drooling over a Japanese Squire. More than likely it was an American Standard or something? Maybe something a little more.

Well sure... but that's beside the point. Squier made the movie model Strat. I'm sure that it was closer to the affordable price-range for most fans of Wayne's World...
