Guitarman117,
Wishbone Ash is one of the bands that I consider the most underrated and under appreciated of all in my book...Personally, I prefer the work before There's the Rub, before Ted Turner was replaced by Laurie Wisefield (Argus and Live Dates in particular). But Laurie is no slouch...
I had the pleasure of hearing them live multiple times while stationed in the UK and they were THE live act to see in the early 70s.
Just think, their album "Argus" was voted Album of the year by both Sounds magazine and Melody Maker in 1972 - no competition that year...Thick as a Brick and Machine Head come to mind....

First step is to upload them to the web somewhere. If you haven't done that yet, http://www.photobucket.com is a good place to start.

I might give it a try. I've seen the photobucket thingie mentioned in the forum. Is it a program that you have to download, or an online thing? and once it's downloaded.........then how do you get it in here?

It's online, a website. Real simple. You set up an account and then upload the picture. There'll be an upload window where you can browse the files on your computer, and highlight the one(s) you wanna upload. Then you just click on the upload button.

Once it's uploaded, each photo will have a batch of web addresses listed underneath a thumbnail version, for different ways to use the picture. Click on the one that says "IMG tag," and your computer will copy the address with the image tags that makes it show up here. Then paste that (hit control and your letter v key at the same time) into your message when posting.

Sounds like a lot of work, but it's actually really easy once you get the hang of it.

Thanks.......I'll give it a try when I get some extra time. Guess it's about time I try that feature.

Yes, I went to Photobucket and saved a bunch of git-pics. Here's one of my Customized HSS Sunburst Strat. It has a Might-Mite tremolo with a pop-in arm and the red square is a latching switch for the coil tap. The Master Volume & Master Tone are chrome Tele-type knobs with Pearl caps:
PS: The one thing I've always liked about a Tele (over a Strat) is that the dials were not so close to the pick-ups you'd constantly bump into them or inadvertently change the setting. Who plays with their pinky wrapped around the volume dial anyway? Besides, I didn't feel the need for 2 tones and I did need a coil tap, but didn't want to drill extra for a bump-able mini-switch. The pop-in arm sets low, so it required a shorter control function. Standard Teles should be available with a Strat trem (IMHO). I think SRV had the lefty trem installed because of the knob-clearance issue and didn't want the arm so darned high. Using the trem and picking at the same time can be a stretch. I doubt Leo understood that.

How is the intonation on that guitar? Still learning about that, and your guitar looks like the saddles are all at the same location, instead of staggered...? Just curious.

I use GHS Super-Steels (.009 - .042) and the intonation is so dead-on for all 6 that I barely needed to adjust it at all. Whether that will change with playing and age, only time will tell.
> With close inspection you can see both high & low E are back a hair, but that's it.

(I used a digital tuner to check all 6 strings SEVERAL times and believe me, I was shocked. I own 4 Korg tuners and checked with the other 3 as well. Even changed the first one out with new batteries just to be sure.) :D

BTW: Those are all DragonFire pickups and the axe has Dunlop StrapLoks.
(ALL my guitars have them, first thing I do!)

This bass belongs to a dear friend of mine. It's one of 2 Ibanez "Signature" model theys made specifically to his specs. The fretboard markers are illuminated "Hang 10" led's. He was/is always known to play shows barefoot. Man, I love his basses The rest are some of my toys
