I found a very cool '90's Jazz Plus with Lace Sensors. Has tremendous potential soundwise. However, the neck appears bowed, and either I cannot make sense of the truss adjustment, or it does not work. I like to play a set up that is super low and to do that the saddles have to be set way down where the strings are practically laying on the board in the high registers. Anyone have an idea where I can find a replacement or adaptable neck for this? Thank you!

You might get better answers on the Jazz bass section: https://forums.fender.com/viewforum.php?f=10

But anyway.
The truss nut may be rounded, the rod itself may be stuck, maxed out or broken.
On the neck angle, don't the Jazz Pluses have a Micro-Tilt? If yours doesn't, the neck angle can be altered by shimming.

Now, I don't know anything about your skills and experience on setups. But it's never a bad idea to use a good pro - at least for one checkup/setup.

I thought that the approval process hits only a new member/first post combination, and that the following posts come to the forum straight on. :?

If you still (4 days later?) don't see the message on the bass forum (but your message here came through), try again. I'd say a risk of a double post is lesser harm than getting tired/angry/something and leaving the forum for that.
And it ain't a crime to ask about basses in the Lounge, but the bass section might bring better expertise & answers.
