No, it's better to ask the same questions at least once a week to make sure nothing has changed.

I change them every now and then.

For a while - 1mm Dunlop nylons. I still use these for acoustic, but I don't like them for electric anymore.

Then, Dunlop Gators, the black 2mm. Then the green 1.5mm. After a few years, they sounded mushy to me.

Then Dunlop Ultex 1mm. I thought these were my ultimate pick, and I still like them. Very clean tone, very durable, etc, until...

I tried something I used to hate - Dunlop Tortex .88mm. I never liked the too-smooth tone before and thought they were too big. The gators and ultex are a bit smaller to hold, though they look the same size. Now, I can't get enough of these things. They just feel great to me. Stiff, clean tone, last a long time, mold to my fingers nicely but don't bend too much to slow down my playing.

Note: I tried the tortex .88mm pitch black ones. Supposedly the exact same thing as the normal green, but in black with silver print. Much cooler looking, but they're different. Smoother tone and a little stiffer. I love the way they look, but I can totally notice a difference in feel when I hold them, so I end up using the normal green ones.

I use a variety of picks. I'm flexible that way--but I prefer my picks not to be flexible. :D

I tend to use mostly 1.14 mm Tortex or Gator Grips.
But I have some no name plastic ones that thickness, and a few others--like the Wedgie, Brain Picks, and a few others.

I sued to use Min'd Picks--they're agate.

I also have a double pick called the Triplet. It had a triangular shape so you could play with a single pick with one of2 edges--or the third edge had a double pick--cool sounds. They're not available anymore--but Stash makes double picks. They're a little different. And they have what they call a Wicked Pick--two picks side by side. They're cool too. The only real problem I have with Stash is I wish those picks came in a thicker gauge.

Mostly Fender thin celluloid. I like the pop and snap I get from them. I just dont care for my tone with mediums or heavy.
