Ok, i'll get it out there now.(by the way, this is pretty much a rant) i hate them! they are such posers! they call themselves rockers, and they don't sing or play like rockers at all! their lyrics suck, and they sing like rhianna...

something that really made me mad was when the media compared them to the beatles. that is NOT ACCEPTABLE!! their music is nowhere near beatles standards.

the only reason they made it in the music industry is because they're 'cute'. if it wasn't for that, they would only play their music at family reunions. craig ferguson had a pretty good bit about them on the late late show. it was pretty funny.

what do you think of them?

8) oh yes, those little gaywads need to play music for music, not for the girls, which are mostly fat now adays. and i do applaud anyone who makes it in this life, because it does take alot of hard work, like come on blacksabbath and dio (heaven and hell album) is one of the best bands since 1980, and have ten times more style, legendary status, and onw of the best guitar players in the universe, but they will never get as much publicity as the (no) cajonas brothers, or ever get on disney channel, but they (sabbath) gets more boobs than the jonas brothers is ever going to get, and at thier concerts everyone is under 7 years old so they arnt even allowd to have hot chicks flashing, okay straight to the point, THE JONAS BROTHERS SUCK

I am intrigued by your statement, I find that most of my peers actually like Disturbed/Malmsteen more than most (excluding 1/2 of the girls.)

Other than that, I'm waiting for the day that Ten Masked Men does a cover of a JB song.

yeah they are posers. They say they're 'living the dream of music.' They're lucky they made that dream. I wonder: who's better, Hannah Montana or The Jonas Brothers? Hahahaha  they are so like todays so-called pop/rock. Lyrics that sound like they mean something. As John lennon called it: fancy paper around an empty box. that's what they are. JOhn, you were one of the wittiest musicians to ever live. if you ask a girl what they like about them, she'll say they're cute. (same was with the beatles though lol) That's great that you play/like music guys, but it would be nice to... i dunno... play actual music maybe? This is also a rant. Though im not particularly religious, i say AMEN to the blues, Hendrix, Beatles, and the rest of those guys, and you fender members who at least know true music.

thanks for posting. i honestly thought i would only get like 2 replies. (this forum has grown a lot...)

also, they can't play that well. hell, i play better than they do, and i've only been playing for just under two years. they play easy chords over and over, and over, and over....frankly, they suck!!

if disney hadn't funded them, there's no possible way they would have even been known.

Oh Yeah I forgot the worst thing about the RS story which(I did not read by the way) They had their fans tell us their favorite songs by them and what they mean, truely brutal.

I wonder what Hansen is doing now. Or Nelson. NOT!

I'd rather be Rick-rolled than to be subjected to the Jonas Brothers. That doesn't mean you can Rick-roll me, though. 8)

I have to wonder if the Fender Forum community doesn't have anything better to do than to moan about the Jonas Brothers. Surely we've got more interesting subjects, like how to get the best tone, or the hottest women, or which amp looks best behind us on stage?

I unfortunately saw them on Leno a while ago while I was waiting for Conan. One of them had a sparkly "for show" gibson, but was flopping around on the stage floor like a goon. I felt really bad for the backup band members doing all the playing for the little squirts.

I'm not in the market for yet another PreFab Three, especially when it's difficult enough to find decent music nowadays. I think that many people in this forum and beyond would agree. Besides, to me, tone is subjective, 'hot women' demand respect much like tornadoes and rattlesnakes do, and I have NEVER bought an amp based on looks alone.

Apparently they don't actually do their guitar work live either. My little sister, who is a fan, said that she can always see two guitarists in the back playing whenever they do concert things on tv

Grow up. That's fine if you don't like the Jonas Brothers, I don't either. The rest of your post is uncalled for. Who cares about "chicks flashing".
