^I'm pretty sure it's just a troll. I see absolutely nothing wrong with this topic. It's nice to discuss the Olympics.

Anyone else disagree with baseball not being a part of the summer games? Personally i think it's a joke. :?

I missed the reasoning behind it. Why is not being played?

I think they've had trouble getting the top quality talent since it's right in the middle of the professional baseball season. Anyone who watched the World Baseball Classic in 2006 could attest to the high level of competition around the world. The next classic is set for March, it should make for some good watching!

It was quite entertaining. Both the actual game and the them running around the court.

You should tune in next year if you get the chance. It was really even more entertaining than the MLB post-season (Red Sox nation just threw their computers out the window).

I'm a Sox fan  , but the WBC is pretty entertaining. I normally don't watch a lot of baseball because it gets boring in my opinion, but the WBC has some great talent and it's fun to watch.

There's synchronized diving on now. It's pretty amazing how close they're getting to each other. The announcer always finds some massive flaw, but it looks great to me.

I wonder how you discover that you have a talent for diving at the same time as another person... :)

My wife and I watched last night, and maybe I need to chill, but what burns my butt is that the minimum age limit is 16- did you watch the Women's Gymnastics? If most of the girls from China were even close to 16 then I'll eat a bug! I can't understand why they are allowed to get away with it. Yes, the girls were incredible, but to me it ruins the whole spirit of the games - is it just me?
