A little more info please:

What made/model guitar?

Most guitars can be salvaged from string buzzing. If the guitar is damaged, it might need repair first. Whether that repair is worth it or not depends on what guitar we are talking about. But, IMO, any guitar is worth a trip to the repair shop to see what they can do adjustment wise. The main culprits are: saddle height, nut slot depth, and the neck adjustment via truss rod (relief).

it's fender modern player short scale strat. 24 inch scale and it was basically new, the guy who owned it before, had the guitar in the collection so it was not played very much. First i was think it's because of strings so i changed them and it's still buzzing.

Mostly on first 3-5 frets all strings but on the lower string all over the fretboard what can be caused by drop tunning.

Bring it in to a qualified technician to do a set up. Worth every penny. And a good tech will tell you if it's not worth doing the work.

Ya, sounds like the nut may be just a tad low.
Likely not a big deal to correct, but it's one of those things "If you have to ask, you need to have someone do it"
It's not rocket science, and it's something that every guitarist *should* be able to do for themselves, but particularly if you are new or learning, you can chase problems for weeks and never have a truly playable guitar.

Dave's World of Fun Stuff is a good Youtube channel for learning about setups.

Buzzing on that part of the neck could also point to the truss rod (among many other things, of course).
So, as a quick & fully reversible fix to truss rod related problem, you (krucopalo) could loosen the truss rod 1/4 of a turn.

A back bow was my immediate thought too.
Slacken the truss rod a touch.

Easy peasy answer: Get rid of the strings, and hang the guitar on a wall mount . Just kidding. :P
That reminds me of the inaccessible screw or ‘can’t find the problem’ rattle in and around the dash panel of the 50s/60s/70s cars. The bigger the dash, (I had a ‘64 Parisienne) the more nooks and crannies to hide in. That’s why they put radios in the automobile. To drown out the rattles and mechanical noise. Turn the amp to 11.

Certainly, car rattles are a nuisance around town, but an insane situation on a long trip, not to mention a time waster with scratched knuckles, bruises, and putting your back out of wack. Often, you drop something else while attempting the fix, and then you’d compound the problem with two possible rattles. :?
I have a feeling your string noise is going to make out fine. krucopalo. Sometimes, those annoyances are tough to find; but, at least, as mentioned by the gang, a tech or someone with experience in this, has a better chance of helping out, and the fix will be right in front of you. Luckily for me, my former 12 string never had the problem.
Good luck, and keep us posted if and how it works out.
