Arrrgh! I'd post more but I'd probably get reported for content. But seriously, I'm incredibly jealous right now.

The saving grace, back then, is that the tour was so heavily covered by VH1, interviews, rehearsals, and the lot, that I had practically the entire show set recorded on tape and revisited several times before I actually attended.

Doc.

Do take precautions in the form of "Depends" if your enthusiasm abounds as you seem to claim. Having done so, you will thus be able to direct you full attention to the matter of that guitar neck, which has been the subject of some discussion herein. A full analysis in the form of a short report would be gratefully appreciate. :P

Hopefully, you will be allowed the same striking distance afforded those of us who have seen 'Brownie' in Seattle.

Unfortunately for me, when the sale was held in '06, I was elsewhere and unable to get to my usual and customary GC haunt. Had I done so, I would definitely have been allowed the courtesy of being able to handle that instrument.

Incidently, and this is really incredible, sellers on Ebay are beginning to segregate this guitar's resale value on the basis of masterbuilder.

That really 'Bites"!!

meh he was alright the music was good but his vocals were so depressing, he played a mix of Pop/rock and a little Blues at the end of his set!

it could have been much better but it could also been much worse!

but Clapton was amazing!! he was definitly on that night!!

Yeah, I read in the papers that he did a good show. A lot like the one I saw earlier in London :)

I almost (almost!!) bought a train ticket to be at Hagstrøm, but, it's a 10 hour trip so I figured it would be to tough on my health (I'm an old man after all, nearly 19).

Now all I want is another Crossroads Festival!

Foolish papers, everyone knows Clapton doesn't need to practice (at least anyone who hasn't seen the Sessions for Robert J. dvd=D). But what can you expect them to know, when they think he's still playing Tears in Heaven
