Ok, so seeing this topic: http://www.fender.com/community/forums/viewtopic.php?t=10932 made me think of this question, I use a multi effects pedal, the digitech rp80, but I was wondering what you guys prefer? I have been thinking about trying out indiviual pedals instead...
So once again, which do you prefer?

My personal preference is for individual pedals.

I prefer individual pedals. That way I only the effects I want, rather pay for a bundled package.

Individual will obviously give you a lot more control, but depending on how many you need, it'll also be more expensive. I personally use separate pedals.

singles for sure. it's an issue of quality. one box dedicated to one sound.

I don't use any pedals at all, not even a cry-baby. If I were to try something out and think "outside of the box" so to speak, then I'd definetly go for individual pedals. I've seen way too many players that use those Digitech multi-effects set-ups and I've never been impressed with any of their sounds. Rock on brother!!!

I like single devices for "live" stage use, but find that multieffects processors or PODs are more effective when recording.
