Does Walmart still sell First Act guitars? They used to be prominently displayed in the Walmarts near my home. Now they are gone.

I haven't been to my Walmart lately, so I couldn't give you an informed response. Mine usually has them nestled in some corner, not prominently displayed.

They used to have their own little display at the front of the store, now they seem to be the "bridge" between the electronics department and the toys. Obviously that may be different based on your store layout, but at both area Wal Marts (Supercenters), that's how it works.

my walmart carries their first act guitars in the toy section, but my place only have one model. if you have a sams club by you they should ahave a pretty good strat knock off called the starcaster. it sounds pretty good and it comes with a whammy bar and a decent amp. for two hundred.

Can't say about Walmart as I swore off it years ago. However, the local Toys R Us has First Act stuff.

I have a court order stating that I am not allowed on Walmart property, it stems from a Beenie Baby fracas a few christmas' ago, so I can't answer your question.

That sounds like something you would see on cops.
Imagine what the judge was thinking "You're sueing for what?"

There's a section of shelves in front of the toy section at my Wal-Mart that has First-Act garbage like an acoustic and electric guitar on display. They also have some music books in which me and my friend kid about.

"Hey lets see whats in this First Act book of music...ah what do you know? Number of the Beast by Iron Maiden. Oh and look! Hammer Smashed Face!"
