How do I get permission to do this, please?
I ordered a new Fender American Professional HSS Strat and a friend who is a Manager at GC sent a couple of pics of the beauty.
Thanx in advance,
Jeff

First you need to upload your pics to the internet. Use a pic hosting site (imgur, imgbb or such - avoid photobucket) or some common web framework like e.g. facebook, googlephotos - whatever you're familiar with.
The important thing is that the web site provides you with a pic address - that's the one starting with 'http' and ending in '.jpg'.

Copy the pic address, and use the IMG-command (visible when you write a message) on the forum.

Preview your post so everything is OK.

Try tinypic.com

It's easy to use and simple to browse.

Just make sure you register and log in before you upload your pics, so you can always access everything you threw in

Easy way....go to Tinypic here

http://tinypic.com/?t=postupload

Click "browse"
Go to where the picture is on your PC
Change "default" to "Message board, 640x480" and upload (you may have to do a captcha)
When uploaded left click second line down (img for forums and message boards).......It'll turn black
Right click and select "copy", then (on a new line in your post) , right click and select "paste"
Just like this

Just a thought for the forum admins. You are creating something called 'ad revenue' which can be used to upgrade your forum. A good forum can increase your (say it with me) ad revenue. We are already looking at your ads, over and over. Sometimes we click on them and sometimes we buy stuff. The upgrade has already been paid for by your forum users.
