I just found out about this today. He was an amazing drummer. RIP, Jab'o. :(

I recall once seeing more than two drummers in sync on stage behind JB; but, Jabo and Clyde had their own grooves. Thanks, for the vid and heads up, Paul. Dang! I thought I was the only one who hit the bell (usually by accident) :lol:
It’s guys like John who add(ed) that little tweak to make a recording or a performance the success that it is as a whole, and often their effort is taken for granted.
