It works from Google Photos.

1. Navigate to photos.google.com

2. Click to open the picture you want to post

3. Right-click the displayed image and select Copy image address from the menu

4. Paste the copied URL in between [img] tags

Note: the URL will look crazy long and doesn't end in ".jpg". Nevertheless, it should work. See:

I don't see it if I'm not logged into Google:

I use imgbb.

Ghost of Strings,

I used Paint to resize that picture.

Personally I find big azz pictures in sigs annoying, especially when I have to scroll past them about 15 times in a thread.
-edit-
I find animated GIFs are even more annoying.

I don't log into Google, ever.
I see no need.
The search engine works noticeably better without it (IMO) and I don't particularly feel the need to volunteer even more personal data than they already capture from me.

Truth be told I use Google only sparingly.
They have better image and video searches but for everyday information I use Duck Duck Go.

I've been using Flikr for image hosting ever since Photobucket pooped the bed but I'm not banking on making it a permanent home.
There's been unofficial chatter they may soon make the same change as Photobucket.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

Same here.

I use Imgur, but ultimately, I may set up my own private web server just for image hosting.
