How far is that from Coos Bay? My stepmother is originally from there.

I'm in North-East Pa. Just north of the Pocono's and south of Scranton. (For anyone who's a fan of the tv show "The Office",that show is supposed to be based on a company from Scranton Pa.).

I live in Hallandale Beach, FL which is half-way between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. It's been called "the southernmost city in Canada" because the Canadian snowbirds decend on our city in numbers large enough to double the population in the winter!

I'm from Port Orford. 'Bout an hour south of Coos and an hour north of Cal. Love it here!!

My wife and I moved here in '96 from Seattle. Couldn't deal with I-5 anymore. Great place to grow up -- way too big now! We were both players in Washington '70s - mid 90's. (+ Can, AK, ID, OR, MT)

Nice to meet some fellow Oregonians!!
