It seems to be that there's a decent number of Pennsylvanians in the forum here. I'm personally from south central PA.

So far we have just a few states represented and no one from the other side of the pond so lets keep them coming. It is interesting to see how many different places we are reaching out to.

I am as far north as you can go in Indiana without wading into Lake Michigan.

60 miles east of Chicago

30 miles west of South Bend Indinana (Notre Dame)

Quite a few in the TriState area- I'm from a small suburb east of Camden, New Jersey - you PA folk are probably the only ones that might have heard of Voorhees.

Metro Chicago, western-ish burbs.

Also known as the area with as much population as Norway and Finland combined, between the Kankakee River to the south and the north end of Milwaukee.

Probably 100 guitar stores in the greater 'hood, but faster pace of life and more congestion than some folks can bear.

Our claim-to-fame is the Rogue River, and that we're the #1 or 2 best place to retire.. :( (I'm 18, I got a few more years to go...)

I know where Voorhees is, I used to del in the Philly/South Jersey metro area. I used to pick up, at least 3-4 days/wk in Barrington, NJ. I got family scattered in the Tri State Area - NY, NJ, CT. Actually an uncle of mine just bought a house in Philly area, nice neighborhood too.

I've been to Grant's Pass, several times. Great place! I even took the jet boat tour on the Rogue River.

We would have to go to Pearl for equipment retrofits and go out on sea trials for the Lab I worked for. I would do the rigging work on board and then go for the ride just being handy in needed. longest for me was just 23 days under. Now on board ship they went for months sometimes. Not bad if navy but if science vessel being leased a nightmare sometimes because of bad cooks. Not like a cruise ship

How far is that from Coos Bay? My stepmother is originally from there.
