Plenty of potential there.
You’ve covered the two most important bases.
Good meter - all members.
Decent singing.
I’ve seen bar bands getting paid and not doing nearly as well.

You asked for critique.

Obviously, a bass player will help a lot.

Let the drummer try it with brushes just as an experiment. You might like it better. You might not. It’s worth a try.

Let the Strat player (You, I assume?) try chording in a different neck position than the acoustic to provide a 2nd voice to the chording, using some triads. Let the acoustic cover the open chords. Maybe not so much dirt on the lead breaks. A little cleaner, not much but a little, use neck pup alone or middle pup for the solo & add some compression in front of your dirt pedal for a smoother soaring tone. A simple loop-switch works well for that, allowing you to engage multiple boxes in and out with one toe tap.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

Well done guys. I liked it. Well, 99% of it.

Vocal was good. acoustic sounds fine.

I’d roll a bit of the Strat’s high end off though to do two things. To work a little closer with the acoustic and to fill in for no bass. I’m not suggesting this to replace the bass, just to add a little more fullness to the overall mix as opposed to separation. Separation in volume for the solo should make up for tonal differences IMHO.

Depending on the acoustics of the venue, I prefer the drum work at around 1:40 In the video as opposed to the prior and latter sticks on snare work. You might want to do similar throughout, maybe even with the snare off. It is true, as BMW-KTM said, that brushes might be another good choice. I find myself using them more after all these years. I’ve done whole gigs with just brushes in the past. Not for everybody or everything, but the key is to play with both brushes open, both brushes partly open/closed, the snare brush partly opened/closed and the cymbal brush open, the snare brush open and the cymbal brush partly open/closed, using a snare stick and cymbal brush open or partly open/closed. Lots of choices there. Sometimes, brushes are buried without miking, but they can be effective without sometimes. Definitely subjective and to one’s taste, but it’s always nice to have options for one’s ear.

Overall, you still get 99 out a hundred for a band that has audience appeal. Congrats!

I liked it. I wish I could jam with some folks. That would be fun.
