Justin Timberlake?!?! What about for the people over 16!

At any rate, what was your favorite SB Half-Time Show? I liked the Motown one :

Justin was a member of NSYNC. Their debut single was released in 1998 - just about 20 years ago. If their fans were 5 years old at the time, they would be 25 now. Anyone who is 16 now would have been negative 4 in 1998.

Well, the point was missed but who was your favorite?

Petty was one of my favorites for sure.
I think Michael’s performance was huge (although there was obvious lip syncing).

Paul McCartney had a great but not very memorable performance.

I agree with you that it is Prince ... especially when you include the fact that he performed in a complete deluge of pouring rain and was totally unaffected by it. What a professional that guy was ...

yeah Gaga was very well produced. One more that comes to mind is Katy Perry. Like her or hate her, that stage production was amazing. The only thing that kind of ruined it a little was the Missy Elliot part.

This was IMHO pretty good

But, in the end Prince rocked the house so he gets my vote too.

Well, today is the big day. I have no interest in this year's halftime show but will
probably see part of it as it will be on and a few friends and relatives will be stopping
by. I find it amazing how they can set that all up in six minutes.

I don't get the "we hate Justin" thing. His pitch when singing live is excellent and his band is amazing. No lip sync. Is it just because he used to be in a "boy band"?

And he's one of very few singers who could have done this justice. Justin sings verse 2:
